Critical parts — cells, drivers, PCBs, housings, and cables — are checked against the approved spec before they disappear into an assembly line.
Quality
Electrical products fail in boring ways: wrong plug, weak solder, missing marks, swollen cells, carton that does not survive the voyage. Our quality plan is built around those failures.
Critical parts — cells, drivers, PCBs, housings, and cables — are checked against the approved spec before they disappear into an assembly line.
Assembly, soldering, aging, and functional tests are sampled during production, when a defect is still cheap to stop.
Finished goods are inspected against AQL, carton marks, accessories, and destination labeling before cargo is released.
Compliance
We do not treat a factory’s generic test report as a passport. We align the certificate family with the importer’s market and keep the file with the SKU.
